Mike Braun
President/Owner
President/Owner
Mike was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. It was there
that he learned the Midwestern way of doing business: with
honesty and integrity. He attended college at San Jose St. in
San Jose, CA, but got his start in the restoration business
back home. Mike worked for 2 years as an insurance
specialist, inspecting homes as an independent professional
contractor. He then moved on from his small roots to join a
publicly traded national restoration company. Mike worked in
various management positions during his 4-year tenure with
that company. He worked in upper management for over 2
years, including one year as Production Manager in
Geathersburg, MD. He finally resigned as National General
Manager of the company, overseeing 6 different offices
nationwide. He decided to open his own restoration business
with a commitment to honesty, integrity, and quality. 123
Exteriors has since become one of the most established
exterior restoration companies in the Midwestern area.

1981- Joined the Cook County Sheriffs Department.
1982- Entered the restoration business, started buying and rehabilitating properties around the
Chicagoland area
1986- Promoted to Sergeant
1986- Appointed Deputy Chief Investigator
1998- Resigned from the Sheriffs Department to start All Hands on Deck! Inc, designing and
constructing high end custom decks, screen rooms and gazebos.
1999- Juan Continued with All hands on Deck! and started Amazing Concrete Improvements! Inc,
repairing and resurfacing concrete substrates to a like new condition. This company went national to
include the repair and resurfacing of the main staircases at the St. Louis Arch for the National Park
Service.
1982- Entered the restoration business, started buying and rehabilitating properties around the
